In other words – Health is normal function of the body. Just like a plant cannot live without water (nutrients), sunlight, air, and the proper temperature. We cannot live without the proper environment – food (nutrients), water (nutrients), air (exercise replenishes and recycles oxygen), proper rest, and nerve supply.
